Surf Safari 70’s Style.

From memory this was taken at Mollymook during a road trip in the mid 70’s . No Internet weather updates or gps systems, not even a mobile phone. It was all about the adventure and bonding with buddies. Didn’t matter what the waves were like because you would surf them no matter what you found. Girlfriends were barred and getting maggot was essential. From top to bottom Jeff Banks, the late Jon Scott, Ronnie and Mickey Wilson spreading the goodtime vibe. It was all about having fun and if you scored good waves that was a bonus.
