Bush Fires

Out of control bush fires are so common in Australia over the summer months,  we have had our fair share of destructive infernos over the years. This Dec/ Jan has to be the worst on record. The south coast area of Shoalhaven saw so many houses destroyed, acre after acre of trees charred, animals wiped out and multiple human deaths. God bless the Firies who without them it could have been a hell of a lot worse.

Near the entrance to Bendalong is just a charred mess.
