People have been designing different features on surfboards ever since they realised you could turn a board by just using  your back foot. Today’s designs are getting pretty trippy and some a right out there. Around ’93 I shot this Pipedream space machine on the Gold Coast, it was the most bizarre board I’d ever seen up till then.
