Burleigh Heads 70’s

Decades before the Superbank became the focus of Qld surfing , just up the coast Burleigh Heads renown for its down the line tube rides was the location of the first Man on Man contest known as the Stubbies. It was right up there with Kirra as the break to prove yourself on the Gold Coast .Unknown scoring a bomb late 70’s.
