Dean Cook / Scum Valley

Scum Valley was the name given to Bondi when a heroin epidemic hit the streets in the 70’s. In the 80’s Dean Cook  from Bondi  was part of the new very competitive In The Nude Boardriders club which formed together the best talent in the Sydney City Beach area to compete against and out rival the star packed Newport Plus club from the Northside.
