Pete Smith

In the 70’s Pete Smith along with Jim Banks, Ross Marshall, and Craig Naylor were the new young competitive force that saw Cronulla once again be taken serious competitively after the area went through a long drought of winners trophies. Pete was a surfing purist from the  MP school of surfing and life and unfortunately like many others from the 70’s era died well before his time. This pic Blackrock maestro around ’78.
