My friend Scotty is like a pit bull when it comes to taking water photos at Backdoor. He just doesn’t let go until he gets the shot and is one of the best. So mellow on land but don’t swim in front of his lens. Scotty had ambitions to be a radio announcer before choosing surf photography as his income. This shot licking the salt off  his waterhousing lens like its a big lollypop just before hitting Backdoor.
