Around ’85 at the OP Pro at Bondi Beach, Tom Carroll quietly freaks as he psyches up moments before his final with Barton Lynch. Just after this shot was taken as beach marshal I had to escort Tom to the waters edge through a massive crowd to make sure that any of Bondi’s more extreme fans or psychos didn’t interupt Tom on his mission. He won.
